Joe's been involved in software projects for over 20 years, during which he's seen a lot of good and bad practices.

He draws on his knowledge of Agile, project management and leadership techniques to take a lead role to deliver successful change to client organisations. Having worked as a Developer, Project Manager, IT Manager, General Manager, Product Owner and Scrum Master, Joe now finds himself co-owning Double-O Consultants, a lean/agile consultancy.

I get to see a lot of different organisations and different agile implementations in my role. Some are good, some are not so good. The one constant I see is that there are always opportunities for improvement, even in the good ones.

This is my summary of the things I see that would make a big difference if implemented correctly in your organisation, all hypothetical of course, I'm not looking for a job running your company. :-)
