I get to see a lot of different organisations and different agile implementations in my role. Some are good, some are not so good. The one constant I see is that there are always opportunities for improvement, even in the good ones.
This is my summary of the things I see that would make a big difference if implemented correctly in your organisation, all hypothetical of course, I'm not looking for a job running your company. :-)
